FEDERAL SELF-EMPLOYED IMMIGRATION OPTION FOR BUSINESSMEN
If the Businessman is a world class athlete, world class artist or a farmer, he may be eligible to immigrate under the Federal Self-Employed Business Immigration Category.

The Federal Government is putting less emphasis on the Federal Business category of Self-Employed. It should be noted it is currently taking 2-3 years after filing the application before the Federal Government will be able to process the Self-Employed application.

All family members under Federal Business Immigration Programs are admitted on the same conditions as the applicant.
